All our products are made to order using print-on-demand technology. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we have the following return and refund policy:
Eligible Returns
You may return a product for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item arrives damaged or defective (e.g. cracks, major printing errors, poor quality)
You received the wrong design or wrong product
Non-Returnable Items
Change of mind
Incorrect size or colour chosen by you
Custom/personalised designs (unless defective)
Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
Return Process
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@rachelscott.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will assess your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label (where possible) or instructions.
Return the item in its original packaging, unused and in saleable condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Refunds
Full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
