The Art of Mental Alchemy

Rachel Scott
Who am I?
Born in Australia and raised in Aotearoa New Zealand - the homeland where I have proudly put down roots - I embody a rich, global heritage. My DNA weaves together threads from ancestors in Scandinavia, Celtic lineages in Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England, and influences spanning Central Asia, Polynesia, the Pacific, and the Americas. A living genetic melting pot of hunter-gatherer resilience, seafaring courage, and star-navigating wisdom from my tipuna (ancestors). Our forebears endured unimaginable cataclysms and passed down a treasure trove of knowledge and strength, reminding us that humanity's survival and potential rest on inherited fortitude and insight.
I describe my essence simply: "I am." A human being in the ongoing process of becoming within a constantly evolving world. A devoted mother of two, a wife, sister, niece, granddaughter, daughter, and friend. As a lifelong student and explorer, I cherish nature, the arts, sciences, adventure, and novel experiences. Over more than four decades, I've conquered Trauma and embraced character-building challenges while pursuing practical wisdom to enrich my own human journey and support others in theirs.
My commitment to personal and collective growth is evident in my rigorous self-education: countless hours immersed in long-form podcasts, documentaries, and online lectures; extensive reading across disciplines; and courses in Personal Training, Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Mental Health, and neuroscience-based training on harnessing Flow State for peak human performance. I have filled many workbooks with notes, applied the vast majority of these teachings in daily practice, and continue to refine, persist, and recreate - acknowledging that perfection is unattainable, yet progress and growth is inevitable through patient effort.
I can personally testify that cultivating 100% responsibility and self-awareness is a life-changing, lifelong endeavor: it deepens knowledge and wisdom, bolsters mental health and well-being, and fosters a holistic understanding of what it means to be human. My guiding principle is one of curiosity and inquiry: ask questions, remain open, seek answers - and you shall find.

This same ethos of curiosity, courage, and relentless seeking is what drives my political and constitutional advocacy of uniting New Zealand.
I am a passionate advocate for constitutional sovereignty, participatory democracy, and the empowerment of everyday New Zealanders. As a co-founder and key contributor to UniteNZ, I played a role in shaping the movement's vision for a renewed Aotearoa, New Zealand - one grounded in 'The Constitution of New Zealand' that serves as a blueprint for genuine unity, freedom, and prosperity.

The movement rejects the failures of the current parliamentary system - elite capture, Bronze Age debt-based enslavement, ideological overreach, and erosion of natural freedoms.
Instead, We the People - as Members of UniteNZ - offer a comprehensive blueprint: a single, homegrown, one of a kind, Constitution of New Zealand that:
-
Defines government structure clearly and confines it through strict limitations and controls, preventing overreach while embedding monetary sovereignty for the people (e.g. public, debt-free money creation; no-interest lending; cyclical debt jubilees to reset generational burdens; tax relief for working families; job guarantees; and local, non-profit financing).
-
Prioritizes parental supremacy as foundational - affirming that parents, not the state, hold ultimate authority in child-rearing, education, and moral guidance.
-
Replaces expansive "human rights" legislation with natural sovereignty and constitutional protections.
-
Enables full participatory democracy: major laws (on tough issues like abuse, abortion, end-of-life choices, or the death penalty) decided directly by citizens, simplified to no more than 1500 words in plain English for accessibility and clarity.
-
Advocates for widespread education in civics and economics so "we the people" can understand, participate in, and amend the Constitution democratically - fostering genuine self-governance without gatekeepers.
-
Draws on ancestral wisdom, values-driven reform, and peaceful unity to lift living standards, end corporate/bank dominance, and reclaim sovereignty from globalist frameworks.
As a Vice Presidential candidate I champion this vision not as partisan politics, but as a peaceful revolution: a united front where New Zealanders awaken, educate themselves, and rebuild systems that truly serve families, workers, and future generations.
Rooted in integrity, transparency, resilience, and fierce love for truth and humans, I call on people to rise, question the status quo, and co-create a sovereign, prosperous country where curiosity fuels change, ancestral strength guides us, and "we the people" hold the power.
