Community & Workforce Health Intelligence
I bring real data, human wisdom, and emotional intelligence together to build healthier, more resilient communities and workplaces - before the next crisis, not just during it.
I deliver Evolt360 body-composition scanning paired with stress and nervous-system education, workplace and community wellness programmes, and practical support aligned with the psychosocial risk provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
I work with employers, councils, and communities directly - not through generic templates, but through relationships I have built on the ground, over years, in the places I actually live.
Genuine community health intelligence isn't data alone, and it isn't good intentions alone. It's data - from tools like Evolt360 - interpreted through human judgment, and delivered with empathy. Artificial intelligence, human intelligence, and emotional intelligence each do something the others can't.
Held together, and led by a real human rather than a system, they become something usable: real insight that actually reaches people, instead of a number nobody explains. That's not theoretical for me. It's how everything I build is built.
Community Support Team Welfare Hubs

My flagship model brings wellbeing, civic connection, and emergency readiness into one trusted local place - physical locations and mobile units, led by the communities they serve, not delivered to them.
Inside a Hub: ongoing wellness baselines, repeated local training in Psychological First Aid and Emergency Preparedness, plain-language civics information, and genuine community governance.
It's built to sit comfortably inside existing legal frameworks - the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 - while producing real, de-identified data that helps everyone plan better, without ever compromising individual privacy.
A Track Record, Not Just a Model
I've piloted and delivered workplace wellness programmes on-site at Fonterra South Canterbury and the Waikato region, working directly with district councillors, primary sector leadership, and corporate health teams. I hold a direct working relationship with Evolt360 and the scanning technology has supported members at fitness providers across South Canterbury and mid-Canterbury. This is a model built by someone who has needed exactly this kind of care herself, and knows what it costs when it isn't there.
Let's Talk
Whether you're a council exploring what local wellbeing infrastructure could look like, an employer meeting your psychosocial duty of care, or a funder looking for a model built on evidence rather than hope - I would really like to hear from you.
